New Eight Seater Chair!
The slow , three man chair connecting the top of Brixen with Scheffau has finally been replaced with a fantastic eight man, fast, heated lift - great news as it's one of the last SkiWelt bottlenecks.
SkiWelt Crazy Wednesdays!
From the 12th January 2011 adult SkiWelt day passes purchased on a Wednesday are charged at the youth rate.
Wildschonau Lift Opening and Closing Details
The lifts in auffach open on December 8th followed on December 17th by those in Niederau. All lifts close on April 25th 2011. The Ski Welt and much of the remainder of skiing in the Tyrol opens for business on December 8th as well.
Current Availability
Rooms available as of 15th August 2010
Some availability 11th through 18th December with just 4 rooms remaining 18th through 26th (Xmas week).
No availability 27th December through 2nd January.
Availability throughout January and early February until the 18th.
No availability until February 24th when we have three family rooms available -
an ideal late Half Term getaway Thursday 24th through Sunday 27th.
Rooms then available 27th February until we close mid April.
New Easyjet Route
Easyjet have introduced a new route from Gatwick to Salzburg to sit alongside its current
schedules from Stansted to Munich and Gatwick to Innsbruck.
New snow making facilities in Niederau this winter!
The fantastic long black run from the top of Larnerkopfl to the new four man chair below
will have full snow making facilities added in time for the start of this winter season.
The new infrastructure will include a new underground water system to support
not only snow making on this slope but also on the training piste at Tenladen.
